COMPANY
INFORMATION BRIEF

NATURE OF BUSINESS
GOLD EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Luiri Gold Limited is a developing gold resource company dedicated to creating shareholder value through the acquisition, exploration and development of resource projects in Africa. Luiri’s wholly-owned Zambian subsidiary, LGML, holds mineral tenements within southern-central Zambia covering approximately 1,200km2 focused on the historic Dunrobin and Matala gold mines. The tenements are approximately 120km west-northwest of the Zambian capital of Lusaka in Zambia’s Central Province. Access to the Project area is by a newly upgraded bitumen road from Lusaka.

The Luiri tenements comprise two Prospecting Licenses (PL173 and PL209) and a single granted Mining License (LML48) which covers approximately 28km2 and includes the historical Dunrobin and Matala mines. The gold and copper-gold interests in these three contiguous tenements together constitute the ‘Luiri Hill Gold Project’. The Nambala Iron Project is situated on PL209 approximately 20km to the west of the Luiri Hill Gold Project.

The Company’s tenure of LML48 was cancelled during 2010. The Company’s new management is negotiating directly with the Zambian government to resolve this issue.
