On 23 June 2006, the Company’s name was changed to Luiri Gold Limited. It’s shares are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) under the trading Symbol ‘LGM’. The Company maintains offices in Lusaka, Zambia and Perth, Western Australia. |
